Refunds & Exchanges
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at heythere@dreamforwardco.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We also do not accept returns on sale or discounted items. Orders containing discounted items can not be returned, refunded, exchanged, price adjusted, or cancelled. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or personalized items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping Policy
All packaging is done in our warehouse, aka my laundry room. I'm a small business and until we grow, that's where the magic happens. :). I am also a mama and still have to attend to my kiddos and life's daily needs. I will try my best to ship as fast as possible, however, we do ask that you understand that we need 1-2 weeks to allow your items to arrive at your doorstep. Please keep in mind that Pre-Orders can take additional time due to orders not being processed until the pre-order date closes. We ship everything USPS or UPS with tracking to provide you the ability to locate your package when it is in transit to you. The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct address prior to shipping. If you realize after you placed your order that you entered the wrong address, please email us immediately at heythere@dreamforwardco.com and we will do our best to make changes before it ships. So please double check that your shipping address is correct BEFORE you check-out.
*Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
Dream Forward Co. is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Packages that are marked as "delivered" but "not received" are the responsibility of you and your local Post Office. Please contact your local Post Office for these rare instances/situations. Also, delayed scanning on USPS is beyond our control once the package leaves our premises.
